Cancellation policy

At Thrivescence, every order is prepared within 1 day so it can reach you as quickly as possible. This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel or change an order placed on thrivescencebody.com.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. To do so, email contact@thrivescencebody.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel my order". If your request is received within this window, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping costs.

After 12 hours

After 12 hours, your order may already be in preparation or handed over to the carrier, and we may no longer be able to stop it. We will always do our best to stop it if it has not shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, you can still use your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, and you are also covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Changing an order

If you need to change your shipping address, product or quantity, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Orders cancelled by Thrivescence

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or a product being unavailable. In that case, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.
