How it works

  • Use the product for at least 30 days. For best results, apply it daily as directed.
  • If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund between day 30 and day 60 after delivery.
  • To start a request, email contact@thrivescencebody.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will reply within 24 hours.

Returning the product

  • To receive your refund, you must return the product (including used bottles) by post to our return location in the United Kingdom. We will send you the return address once your request is approved.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Conditions

  • The guarantee applies to purchases made directly on thrivescencebody.com.
  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer (one guarantee per household and payment method).
  • Refunds under this guarantee cover the price of the product.

Skin reactions

If you experience any irritation or skin reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us at contact@thrivescencebody.com. You do not need to wait 30 days in this case: we will review your request individually.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you and without requiring a return.

Refund processing

Once we receive and check your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Your legal right to cancel (UK customers)

In addition to this guarantee, customers in the United Kingdom have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email contact@thrivescencebody.com with your order number. You must then return the product to our UK return location within 14 days, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. For health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods.
