Want to know where your Thrivescence order is? Here's everything you need.

How to track your order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
• Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time.
• Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 day of purchase, and delivered within 5–6 days from the date of purchase in the United Kingdom. UK VAT and any import duties are included in the price paid at checkout: you will never be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, or if your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 7 business days, email us at contact@thrivescencebody.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
